REGIONAL RESTAURANT OPERATIONS DIRECTOR Vilnius - UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“ AS THE REGIONAL RESTAURANT OPERATIONS DIRECTOR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: setting and executing the strategy for the restaurant operations, aligned with company goals, mission, promise and values, overseeing up to 5 different restaurants, ensuring compliance of food safety and hygiene regulations, monitoring labor, food costs and sharing best practices to the senior leadership team, driving leadership development initiatives and activities for all teams in each restaurant, analyzing brand competitors and their strategic initiatives in the local marketplace. PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE : at least 5 years of experience in restaurant or catering business in a top management role, experience in managing large teams (40 and more), ability to work in fast paced environment, excellent organizational and leaderships skills, strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach, very good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, good understanding of quality control procedures, proficient English level.
