■ Building a stable, competent and motivated sales team
■ Growing sales network in the assigned region by coordinating new store openings
■ Monitoring the right image, high levels of customer service and VM standards are upheld in the region
■ Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers
■ Operating within budget constraints
■ Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments
■ Reporting directly to Regional Sales Director
Requirements:
■ Experience on a similar position
■ Proven track record in previous employment
■ Mobility and readiness to travel on company business trips
■ Communicative English
■ Driving license
■ Experience in people management and supervision
■ Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations
■ Ability to work in team and independently
■ Ability to work well under deadlines and performance pressure
