Event Sales Manager

Plan and organize various events and catering, conferences and other meetings at the hotel;
Communicate with customers and ensure their needs are met;
Work closely with the kitchen, restaurant and events teams to ensure the highest quality of service;
Monitor market trends and proactively seek new customers;
Administer contracts and invoices.

Experience in M&E - event/catering management in the hotel sector;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Proactive in solving challenges and problems;
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems promptly;
High attention to detail and customer orientation;
Excellent command of Lithuanian and English (other languages would be an advantage);
Experience with systems (e.g. OPERA, OneSource, etc.) would be an advantage;
Excellent skills in MS office programs.
