Retail and Channel Manager for international market

● Maintain close relationships with retail partners, distributors and sales representatives to increase sales opportunities;
● Become a trusted and valued contact to channel partners;
● Recruit and develop business relationships with new channel partners;
● Monitor and review partner channel performance and deliver mitigating actions to maintain performance targets, including cost, income, fraud losses etc;
● Monitor competitor propositions, pricing strategies and market movements, develop and execute appropriate response strategy;
● Develop a deep understanding of the partner channel customer base;
● Educate and update channel partners on new CUJO AI features or solutions;
● Ensure channel partners are compliant with contracts and other legal documents;
● Investigate, analyse and interpret detailed customer analysis, market research and data insights;
● Develop channel sales forecasts;
● Coordinate and support marketing plans, including product positioning, campaigns, and strategy related to channel sales;
● Collaborate with marketing managers to plan and deliver efficient campaigns and other promotional material for each channel partner;
● Work with cross-functional members of the operations, marketing, supply chain, finance, and analytics teams to launch best in class and on time offerings;
● Supervise and manage other channel managers;
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Essential requirements:

● Proven work experience in retail (2-4 years), experience in U.S. retail would be an advantage;
● Broad business background, including knowledge of basic financial, digital marketing and selling concepts;
● Good networking skills;
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Lithuanian and English;
● Presentation and negotiation skills;
● Strong relationship management skills;
● Ability to work in a cross-functional team;
● Ability to motivate and lead other channel managers;
● Analytical mindset.
