About and Your main responsibilities :

RPA ARCHITECT

To augment our IPA European Delivery we are looking for Solution Architect who have end-to-end software design/development/delivery experience and have moved into RPA space. Our Clients are leading players in Europe for Pensions, Life - and Health Insurance, Banking and Asset Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Define enterprise architecture models based on the overall organizations’ business and technology vision
  • Own architectural decisions (in line with IT organization’s practices) including security management, infrastructure, application layer interfacing approach, solution performance standards
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of alternative solutions
  • Guide teams in identifying technical risk early in the process
  • Guide the team in finding opportunities to reuse organization level technical assets (e.g., existing API)
  • Ensure team defines non-functional requirements in line with the organizations standards and guidelines
  • Ensure the team leverages engineering best practices including continuous integration, automated deployment etc. where applicable
  • Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for client engagements: proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV), proof-of-technology (POT) and production deployments
  • Define standards and guidelines and drive technology best practices
  • Support issue resolution that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Mentor colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
  • Design RPA components and their interfaces in support of business requirements
  • Participate and contribute to an effective software development lifecycle in Agile and DevOps environment
  • Accurately estimate time and resources for software development efforts
  • Incorporate rigorous unit testing practices into development process
  • Lead development teams for small to large size projects

For success you need:

  • Must have 2+ year of experience as an architect and have successfully lead large RPA implementation programs (10 Plus Processes automated)
  • Mastery of at-least one object oriented programming language (C# /Java etc.) with advanced knowledge of other multiple programming / scripting languages
  • Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
  • Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts
  • Good knowledge in data sciences and data analytics and utilization of Machine learning algorithms in automation
  • Ability to lead a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently
