Job description

Job responsibilities:
Receiving phone calls;
Contacting suppliers and delivery companies by phone and email;
Describing products and services;
Respond to the questions;
Identify and overcome objections;
Obtain customer information;
Maintain customer data bases in QuickBooks;
Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.

Working schedule: From 17.00 PM till 01.00 AM Monday to Friday. More flexible schedule (1-2 days per week) would be possible from 2018.

Requirements

Required:
Fluent speaking English (communication with native speakers, mainly USA);
Perfect communication skills.
