Sales director


Job description

  • Responsibility of sales, margins and operational profit in total and by segments and developing business and taking responsibility of needed actions;
  • Finding market opportunities and utilizing them for growth;
  • Increasing number of customers and market share;
  • Coordinating country live marketing plans of segments;
  • Visiting key accounts and other customers and promote Teknos products;
  • Responsible for the efficiency of logistics;
  • Country budgeting;
  • Maintaining and developing relations to surrounding community;
  • Internal and external communication;
  • Achieving synenergies between segments and functions, improving level of service for customers;
  • Coordinating people process in the country;
  • Ensuring targeted employee satisfaction;
  • Leading and motivating the team of direct reports.


  • 5 years’ experience of director/manager duties within an international company;
  • International business experience from industry B2B or B2C;
  • Understanding of technical requirements in industry/paint business;
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills;
  • Strong sales/commercial competencies;
  • Positive and creative with people;
  • Good English and Russian language skills.
