Sales Manager (Vilnius)


Job description

  • Sales in Vilnius region and assurance of contractual obligations
  • Analyze and foresee sales potential of the clients assigned to the department; prepare and implement sales and suggest actions for marketing strategies;
  • Prepare commercial offers, participate in negotiations and contract signing;
  • Conduct sales analysis and reporting;
  • Managing Vilnius department; assign tasks to subordinate employees, evaluate quality of their performance and efficiently solve any issues;
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to increase quality of the service as well as quantity of orders from one client;
  • Customer service quality
  • Vilnius branch asset management


  • At least few years of experience in sales;
  • Experience managing the team or strong sense of leadership;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to analyze market trends and prepare the sales strategy accordingly.
  • English language skills;
