I’m Asta Česnulevičienė and I am heading the Billing unit in Lithuania within Telia IT.

Right now, we are looking for an SAP Solution Subject expert in a Charge-2-Revenue value stream. We are responsible for Billing Service, Invoice Management Service, Invoice Delivery, Collection Management (Payment, Debt Sales, Lease sales, Factoring, etc.), Receivables Management, Dunning Service, Financial Customer Care & Dispute Mgmt.

As a SAP Solution Subject expert you will part of team in a transformation journey. You are expected to be high performing with a collaboration mindset and “can do” attitude, delivering on agreed challenging KPIs, constantly thrive for better results and be self-motivated to provide the best in class stakeholder experience.

The role includes following responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering, refinement
  • Documentation preparation (designs, functional specifications, user manuals, etc.)
  • Solution building
  • Customizing
  • Testing
  • Customer team training in SAP Hybris Billing, SAP FICA, CI area
  • Technical knowledge transfer
  • Technical team support on implementation tasks
  • Produced deliverables handover to assigned team members or business people
  • Hyper Care

Who are you?

We are on a journey where we are the new generation telco, which means you must have an open mind and like changes. The role in addition includes solving our customers various technical incidents and problems where focus is Charge-2-Revenue value stream (charge, bill and collect). A plus is to have experience about the mobile sales order flow, charging and receivables management areas.

Above all, you have technical knowledge base, as well as motivation to develop and learn new things. The job requires good social skills and the right kind of customer service attitude is the most important prerequisite for success in the job.

Your Experience

  • University degree in IT
  • Experience in SAP project implementation that has proved track record in your resume
  • Experience in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) solution, SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivables & Payables) and SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing)
  • Visual, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written) skills
  • Knowledge in Telecommunications business would be an advantage
  • Experience in SAP FICO or other SAP modules would be an advantage
