Hi! I am Rimvydas Čepulis and I am leading Call Center and Communication Services team at Telia CPS IT. We provide IT capabilities for internal Contact Center, Customer Care and other departments. Working in a DevOps way we have responsibility and ownership both on development and operations. We are a small team of tech people and I am super proud of every member of our team. Your next challenge?

As a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead you are expected to be high performing with a collaboration mindset and "can do" attitude, delivering on agreed KPIs, constantly thrive for better results and be self-motivated to provide the best in class stakeholder experience. You will be a strong and supportive partner between business and IT.

As a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead you will

  • Guide and coach the team to follow agile practices
  • Pro-actively identify and mitigate risks
  • Eliminate impediments
  • Inspire the team to have relentless improvements
  • Facilitate agile team ceremonies and preparation for longer-term planning exercises
  • Regularly communicate and align delivery dependencies between different delivery teams
  • Ensure on time/scope/cost delivery
  • Visualize the team's capacity, its progress and the value it creates

Your experience and skills:

  • A university degree
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience working at Scrum Master or Delivery Lead role in software development or/and operations areas
  • Scrum Master skills/SAFe certification would be an advantage
  • Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Customer Care or Contact Center technologies would be an advantage
