Do you want just to run Scrum ceremonies in a team and manage backlog in JIRA? Then this job is not for you. Do you want to challenge yourself to apply SCRUM on a bigger scale in a large international company? If yes read on.

In SEB we believe that Scrum Master should care for the team as much as for delivery. Therefore growing people, building personal development plans, enabling team to improve & having full freedom to run the team comes with this job. We also expect that you have good strategies for product owner on how to balance planned work vs unplanned (i.e. maintenance, team improvements). As a Scrum master you will have full support from highly skilled persons (including internal Agile Coach) within organization to enable team, product owner and company to make tough decisions.

We think that you are a good fit for this role if:

  • Have practical experience with Scrum. Know when to apply Scrum and Kanban;
  • Like to visualize things (using physical boards);
  • Consider yourself to be empathetic person;


IT background is not mandatory but certainly would serve as an advantage. Having knowledge and experience of personal coaching, team dynamics, conflict resolution is also a big plus.

Short information about the field of work

You will be working Open banking tribe in E-channels area. This tribe is currently consisting of two Agile teams:

  • One of them is dealing with creating new open banking APIs for external third parties and integration tools for developers. You can find more information about it here
  • Other team is integrating APIs of other financial institutions into our solutions.

Salary before taxes – 3300–5000 EUR per month.

The exact amount of salary after completion of the recruitment period will be offered to the selected candidate taking into consideration his/her work experience and competencies.

Based on the SEB Remuneration Policy currently effective in Lithuania, in addition to a competitive salary an employee benefits package will be offered.
