Better starts and ends with the customer
As a Senior Coordinator in the Agent Management team, you will be supporting our agency networks on specific Western Union product – Money Orders. You will respond to agents’ inquiries, complaints, and concerns as well as use your analytical skills to analyze exceptions. This will require strong collaboration with our business partners from across the globe. You will also be producing accurate daily settlement, reporting, and reconciliation of internal accounts.

Annual base salary gross: 10,678 – 18,305 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
