Job description
- Collaborate with Yara’s Europe Business Services (EBS) and global virtual teams’ colleagues by ensuring positive working relationships
- Coordinate miscellaneous initiatives and/or projects between different functions (e.g., finance and supply chain)
- Coordinate internal and external audit procedures, resolves all audit requests within the agreed timeline
- Perform and oversee General Ledger’s day-to-day accounting and/or legal entity (statistical/statutory) reporting activities to ensure all entries are recorded
- Facilitate complex accounting issues resolutions, provide advice to the business
- Perform route-cause analysis of quality remarks and/or similar tools
- Advocate changes and/or continues improvements in implementation
- Timely and accurately documented service-related business knowledge
- Prepare and conduct training for new and existing colleagues, assure training quality and positive overall experience
Requirements
- Relevant and/or similar work experience within the accounting field (minimum 3 years)
- Ongoing or finished studies in finance, mathematics, statistics (or related discipline), optional
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset with solution-oriented problem-solving skills
- Co-operation skills in cross-cultural organization
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication. Additional languages are an asset
- Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate
