EIS Group Lietuva is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with demonstrated success in recruitment, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced IT business environment. We welcome you to join our dynamic recruitment team to help build our team as we are experiencing significant growth.

The Technology Recruiter is a corporate recruiting role that will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, requiring strengths in candidate sourcing, identifying, building relationships, salary negotiations and creating a positive candidate experience. This position will focus on roles within EIS Group’s IT functions, primarily with the software development of cutting edge enterprise products and platforms.

This is an "in-house" position, with daily office collaboration with IT managers and Global HR partners.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring into highly technical positions, Java Developers, Test Automation Engineers, Enterprise Architects, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts or related functions.
  • Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle (contribute to the creation of engaging job descriptions and hiring content, guide and liaise with hiring managers through the hiring process, provide expert market intelligence and best practice guidance and advice, source candidates in the marketplace, support the selection and assessment of candidates, manage offer negotiation and pre-employment checking);
  • Build and foster meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g. from hiring managers and business leaders to candidates, regional and global talent acquisition colleagues to recruitment agencies and consultants, and external vendors);
  • Serve as the key contact point for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both;
  • Develop and contribute to creative content and sourcing techniques that will ensure visibility of our opportunities and drive inbound recruitment;
  • Undertake management reporting and data analysis /provide accurate recruiting updates;
  • Leading and contributing to regional and global projects to improve the processes and capabilities of talent acquisition.

Requirements/Experience

  • Must have previous experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • A background in full life cycle recruiting and direct sourcing, experience with recruiting multi-disciplined profiles;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of innovative sourcing methodologies and a strong track record of successfully networking externally;
  • Well organized, managing a variety of vacancies;
  • Experience in candidate screening and competency based interviewing;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (over the phone and face to face);
  • Must be fluent in English and Lithuanian
