About the Job:

Reporting to Marketing Communications Manager, you as a Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for recommendation, planning, and execution of global marketing strategies to promote awareness and revenue growth of Littelfuse products in assigned group of vertical markets. Working closely with the IBU Leadership Sponsor, Sales Vertical Market Manager, and Product Managers you will craft compelling value propositions, lead effective communication, lead generation, and account-based marketing strategies to showcase Littelfuse expertise in assigned industries.

In this role you will:

  • Develop annual communication calendar and maintain communication with direct end-user customers, focus accounts and target prospects.
  • Write effective marketing messaging such as case studies, success stories, brochures, social media etc.
  • Lead the development of topic ideas for webcasts and events including presentations, rehearsals etc.
  • Lead integrated demand generation and marketing campaigns, support sales activities, drive new leads in assigned vertical markets.
  • Manage third party vendors to accurately translate content for targeted global audiences.
  • Maintain steady stream of leads through email marketing, digital advertising, external media, trade shows etc.
  • Analyze marketing qualified leads, measure quality and effectiveness to drive NBOs and recommend strategies to maximize growth potential.
  • Participate in new product initiatives to present voice of customer and provide feedback for value proposition and development.
  • Lead marketing launch process to drive the activities supporting successful adoption of new products for assigned market.
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver results.
  • Define KPIs to monitor success and progress of strategies, lead generation and customer acquisition. Analyze and report on results, suggest actions for improvement.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing role in global manufacturing company
  • HubSpot expertise with certifications (e-mail marketing, digital etc.)
  • Experience in WebDAM or similar platform would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language would be desirable
  • Strong people, adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Portfolio (website, PDFs etc.) of campaign development and execution would be beneficial
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Workfront would be an advantage
  • Ability to travel globally 25% of time
