Role:

We are now seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.NET) who can thrive in our trust-based environment, where we offer a lot of personal freedom and the chance to work with modern technologies. In our work we practice Agile Development and DevSecOps.

In this role, you will be joining one of our autonomous teams of 2 to 8 people (your fellow Developers, UX Designers, DevOps, QA Engineers and IT Analysts)

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Software development. We mostly work with Norwegian customers.
  • Building trust with our customers. We act as partners – in long term engagements, usually no less than a year.
  • Project-based work. Our projects cover various domains (Fintech, Media, Event management, Robotics management,).
  • International teams. We collaborate with our colleagues in Norway working in cross-border teams.
  • Being part of the culture. We consider our culture to be the most important asset for the company. It is something built by all employees, not something defined by management.
  • We have our priorities straight – we like to keep our employees happy & content!

We are working with modern technologies:
  • Back-end. Mostly .NET Core/.NET 6+.
  • Front-end (optional). Mostly React, if you’re a Full-stack Engineer.
  • Cloud-based solutions. Mostly Azure/AWS.
  • Mostly SQL.

Requirements:

  • Solid IT education.
  • Strong technical knowledge, both .NET backend (preferably .NET 5/.NET 6) and databases.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work directly with our customers.
  • Fluent English.

Would be an advantage if you have:
  • Experience with microservice-based IT architectures.
  • Deep cloud computing knowledge.
  • Experience with Front-end frameworks (we are using React).
  • Experience with Agile Development.
  • Tech lead or team lead experience.
