About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Enhanced Middle Office team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:
- Maintaining and developing multiple business relations with clients, Citco offices and other third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process
- Participating in assigned projects in order to support business needs and priorities
- Planning, controlling and oversee allocation of payment runs for assigned clients in order to meet performance targets related to invoice processing
- Checking and authorize payment instructions in a timely and accurate manner
- Reporting on performance to the Team Manager on a regular basis and escalate any important issues on time
- Sharing important and timely feedback and support for colleagues’ performance within a team;
- Coaching and developing AP Officers
- Continuously reviewing and making recommendations for improvements to the existing payment process and procedures
About You:
- You have a University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Possess very good communication skills and ability to multitask
- If you have, an experience in an international environment would be an advantage

1700-2300 €/mon. gross
