I am Audrius Sabalys and I am leading amazing team which delivers number of IT infrastructure services towards our company global IT infrastructure. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
Currently we are looking for a new team member to assist us in our mission to continuously grow and maintain infrastructure of our Customers.
Your next challenge?
Manages the delivery of contracted services to customer to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Maintains tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget; ensures that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of customer requirements. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, and provides day-to-day customer advice and support. Promotes the organization’s capabilities to customers, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers, and achieves contract extensions or additional business within the account(s). Contracts may involve both short- and long-term commitment of service and vary significantly in value/strategic importance.
Who are you?
Individual Contributor with University degree and approximately 5-10 years relevant experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes. Works independently with minimal guidance and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May also lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Solves complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions and explains difficult or sensitive information to build consensus. Works within broad guidelines and policies and impact work in own team and other related teams:

Your Experience:
- Approximately 5-10 years relevant experience
- Have a university degree (preferably in IT, telecommunications, management, etc.)
- Fair understanding of IT networks and Solution Design

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 1857 - 2786 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
