Job description

  • Manage relationships with key sales stakeholders in the business and System Integrator to realise significant value in SAP S/4 HANA SD contributing to the continued success of the BMI Group
  • Analyze BMI Group’s sales business processes and takes ownership for the SAP SD domain.
  • Review the BMI Group’s sales processes and provide recommendations on process improvements using SAP S/4 HANA
  • Responsible for sales process management in line with group standards and ensures the implementation of such processes in SAP S/4 HANA project
  • Responsibility for alignment of e2end sales processes across departments, locations, branch-offices, and countries. Coordinate with local and divisional and global Process Owner
  • Make recommendations on implementation of the SAP applications, as well as integration with third party systems
  • Ensure the SAP governance and best practices from Sales domain perspective
  • Excellent communication with executives and users on both the business and IT side
  • Ability to perform quality control on the sales portion of an implementation project.
  • Responsible for the BAU (i.e. Run) operations for the Order to Cash workstream.


  • 5+ years’ experience in various leadership roles in the planning, design and deployment of SAP’s sales solutions. Involved with 2-3 full life cycle SAP Implementations.
  • Knowledge/Expertise in configuration and implementation of SAP different areas.
  • An excellent understanding of knowledge of delivery methods for SAP projects (Waterfall, Hybrid Agile, Agile), complex deployment experience, e.g. global template build and roll-out.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to conceptualise and communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Must be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment and maintain sensitivity to personnel and corporate concerns.
