We are looking for a service engineer who not only knows the machinery, but also is able to organize the team's work, professionally consult customers, and ensure smooth service operations.
We are looking for a service engineer who not only knows the machinery, but also is able to organize the team's work, professionally consult customers, and ensure smooth service operations.
What you will do:
- You will consult customers on issues of operation, maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery;
- You will organize the work of the service team and plan the work progress;
- You will coordinate the documentation and accounting of repair work;
- You will ensure high-quality customer service and effective problem solving;
- You will ensure safe and smooth service work.
We hope you:
- You have a technical or engineering education (an advantage);
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of service, technical maintenance or team coordination;
- You are able to organize and plan team work;
- You are result-oriented and customer-oriented;
- You have good communication and problem-solving skills;
- You speak English;
- You have good computer skills.
