Nature of work
- Diagnostics and repair of household appliances.
- Visits to customers and work in the service center.
- Solving technical problems using diagnostic equipment.
- Recording completed work in systems.
- Communicating with customers, explaining the situation and proposing solutions.
- Cooperation with colleagues in solving more complex cases.
What do we expect from you?
- Technical education (electronics, electrical engineering or similar).
- Similar work experience is a great advantage.
- Ability to work with technologies and systems.
- Knowledge of English for understanding technical documentation (B1), Russian is an advantage.
- Responsibility, independence and good communication skills.
- Driver's license.
