Job description
- Assigning responsibilities to staff members and ensuring they complete them efficiently and accurately
- Communicating ongoing tasks or issues within the team and to the Unit lead
- Keeping track of and preparing reports of daily team's activities
- Initiating and owning improvement projects related to managing shifts
Requirements
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organised, collaborative and detail-oriented
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work different shifts ( morning - evening, in rare occasions - weekends )
- Work experience in the event organising industry is an asset
- Experience with JIRA is an advantage
