Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible, experienced nursing manager to join one of the largest private clinic teams in Kaunas.
Organization, coordination and control of nursing staff (nurses, nursing assistants);
Quality assurance of nursing services;
Preparation, updating and maintenance of nursing processes, procedures, protocols;
Participation in accreditation and inspection processes;
Order planning;
Cooperation with doctors, clinic management and other departments;
Maintenance of medical documents, nursing documentation.

Employee requirements
Valid general practice nurse license;
At least 2 years of work experience in nursing management;
Very good knowledge of the health care legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, orders of the Ministry of Health, hygiene standards;
Ability to independently organize work and make decisions;
Responsibility, leadership, good communication and teamwork skills;
Good computer skills.
