- Project implementation supervision, documentation management.
- Searching for subcontractors, analyzing and evaluating their offers, conducting negotiations.
- Ensuring the quality of works and deadlines.
- Coordination of technical issues with customers and contractors.
- Financial control of the facility.
Requirements
- Higher Education.
- Knowledge of the areas of electrical engineering, automation, telecommunications, security and fire alarm.
- Certificate of qualification giving the right to perform the duties of special construction manager of special works in the fields of electrical engineering, process control and automation, telecommunications, security and fire alarm.
- At least five years of work experience in managing special construction works or at least two years of work experience in managing special construction works projects;
- Driver's licence B category.
- Experience working in large projects (would be considered an advantage).
