Nature of work

  • Carry out technical supervision of construction of structures in accordance with the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania, the Construction Regulations and other legal acts;
  • Lead the supervision group (heads of special technical supervision of construction of structures), when it is formed;
  • Control whether the structure is being constructed in accordance with the design of the structure;
  • Check the compliance of the materials and products used with the design and regulatory requirements;
  • Control the quality of construction works, technological consistency and adherence to the construction schedule;
  • Participate in inspections of works, structures, engineering networks and acceptance of hidden works;
  • Record non-conformities, provide mandatory instructions to the contractor, control their implementation in the construction work log;
  • Check documentation, construction logs and other technical documents;
  • Participate in the process of recognizing the structure as suitable for use;
  • Prepare financial and technical reports on construction technical supervision, organize production meetings of ongoing projects;
  • Other activities related to technical supervision of construction works.

Employee requirements

  • Higher / higher education in civil engineering (or a related field of civil engineering);
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of technical maintenance of a building;
  • Valid qualification certificate of a special construction technical maintenance manager;
  • Good knowledge of construction technical regulations, legal acts and normative documents;
  • Ability to independently make decisions within the limits of one's competence;
  • Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft package, AutoCAD, Civil 3D programs. Advantage - experience of participating in BIM projects;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently;
  • Category B driver's license and practical driving experience;
  • English / Russian languages - an advantage.
