We invite you to join us if you are able to:
- Manage 15 million construction project worth EUR;
- Plan the budget of the construction project and efficiently allocate the object's resources;
- Plan and organize construction works and control them;
- Ensure the completion of construction works according to the established deadlines;
- Cooperate with clients and subcontractors on construction work management issues;
- Prepare documentation related to construction execution and maintenance;
- Ensure compliance with work safety requirements at the construction site.
We will achieve the best results together if you:
- You have obtained a higher engineering education;
- You have experience as a project manager, managing 10-15 million projects. Euro or something. value construction projects;
- You know construction, production and technological processes;
- You have a qualification certificate entitling you to the position of construction manager (advantage);
- You are able to work independently and manage a team;
- You have excellent computer skills;
- You are responsible, proactive, ambitious.
