Your career path

We are looking for a high-caliber player who will start as a Senior Creative Strategist / Media Buyer, with a clear 6-month plan to become a Team Lead and then a Creative Director.

We will not micromanage you. You will have complete freedom to manage your projects, budgets and make decisions. If you deliver results, you will have the opportunity to build a team around you and become part of the company's success.

Nature of work

You will be the architect of our customer acquisition engine. You will not just “run ads” or “make visuals” – you will transform business goals (e.g. “need 900 SQL next month”) into a comprehensive creative and media buying strategy. Your daily life will revolve around the intersection of human psychology, analytics, financial compliance and hard data.

Main responsibilities:

Campaign Management and Budgets: You will plan, create and manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok). You will effectively allocate budgets, focusing on the highest ROAS and decreasing CPL.

High-Volume Creative Testing: You will manage the production and testing of 40–100+ different advertising visuals and texts (assets) every month, adapting psychological hooks for the US and European markets.

Funnel Optimization: You will ensure that the advertising fits perfectly with the landing page. You will generate traffic to VSL (Video Sales Letters) and webinar funnels.

Focus on quality (SQL): You optimize not just for leads, but for sales (Sales Qualified Leads). You know how to attract a qualified audience.

Analytics and tracking: You will analyze results (Google Analytics 4, Ads platform metrics), monitor conversion tracking (Pixel, Tag Manager) and perform continuous A/B testing.

Collaboration: You will work directly with the sales team (listening to customer calls and creating new advertising angles based on their pain points/desires), designers and programmers.

Your KPI (What you will need to achieve)

Testing Speed: 20-30 new ads launched weekly.

Efficiency: Reduced CPL (Cost Per Lead) by 20% per month while maintaining high ROAS.

Lead Quality: Maintained 15-40%+ Lead-to-SQL conversion rate.

Employee requirements

Required:

Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience with Media Buying (Meta Ads / Google Ads) and Creative Strategy.

Scale: Experience managing large budgets and testing a large number of advertising options (100+ assets/month).

Funnels IQ: Deep understanding of VSL, webinar funnels and ad matching with Landing Page (especially in the digital / educational product niche).

Analytics and tools: GA4, advertising platform metrics, Pixel/GTM knowledge. Work with Notion, Google Workspace.

Cultural adaptation: Experience in localizing campaigns for different markets (USA and Europe).

Languages: Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Polish is a big advantage).
