Join the SUPER GARDEN team and contribute to the growth of innovative freeze-dried products in Lithuania and on international e-commerce platforms. We are looking for an proactive, responsible and customer service-minded team member who will help ensure smooth e-commerce operations and a great customer experience in our store.

Waiting for you:
- Customer service in the store: consulting, working at the cash register and registering purchases.
- Maintaining the order of the store and product display, receiving new goods, managing the warehouse.
- Implementing sales promotion actions at the point of sale.
- E-commerce platform management: maintaining the company's and partners' (including Amazon) stores, uploading products, updating descriptions, processing orders.
- Sales performance tracking and reporting: analyzing e-commerce channels, identifying growth opportunities.
We hope you:
- You have experience in retail (store, customer service) - a must.
- You have experience in e-commerce or are familiar with platforms (e.g. Amazon, Etsy, etc.) - an advantage.
- You speak English at B1-B2 level.
- You are proactive, responsible and result-oriented.
- You have good communication skills and enjoy working with customers.
- You have good computer skills (especially Excel).
- You are able to work independently and organize your working time.
