Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze historical sales data and trends to determine future hardware sales forecast
Submit purchase orders to vendors and ensure on time delivery of corresponding products
Manage vendor relationships including communication of orders, negotiating prices, negotiating net terms, and other vendor/product related topics
Make recommendations for new products to add to hardware lineup and products to end of life due to repetition, malfunctions, or other reasons
Work with fulfillment to address any bottlenecks caused by inventory levels or specific products
Actively review supply chain processes to seek out challenges and areas for improvement
Make pricing recommendations and alert the Sales Operations team of any increases or decreases in product prices
Work cross-functionally across sales, fulfillment, and finance organizations to monitor inventory activities and manage demand planning based on sales forecasts

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 year of hardware/inventory experience
Experience with ERP software (NetSuite preferred)
Good communication in English
Ability and willingness to work late shifts (18:30-03:00)
Strong experience with MS Office / google docs
An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical areas and an eagerness to learn
Experience in a POS technical environment is a plus
Experience in order management/processing, 3rd Party Logistics, and/or fulfillment is helpful
