The sales team in Kaunas invites a colleague to join - the manager of important customers. We are looking for a professional in the field of sales, who likes challenges, in order to achieve set goals, who is able to create cooperation-based partnerships with major Lithuanian customers. The nature of your work would look like this:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with important customers;
- Knowing the market and competitors;
- Negotiating for sales of products, introducing new products, positioning;
- Market and sales analysis;
- Initiating sales promotion campaigns, planning and tracking turnover and budgets;
- Preparing and submitting reports.
Our expectations for a colleague:
- Successful experience in active sales with major Lithuanian chains (preferably FMCG);
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze sales channel opportunities and find solutions that bring the best results;
- Ability to accept challenges and solve complex situations;
