What will you do?
- Be responsible for a growing team of talent acquisition and help your people to skyrocket;
- Cooperate with Hiring Managers to understand the hiring needs;
- Always think of new ideas to create and improve our sourcing and recruitment strategies;
- Suggest new ideas to create innovative sourcing & recruitment strategies;
- Always keep Employer Branding initiatives in mind and implement them together with the Communications and Marketing team;
- Develop friendships and maintain a strong network of contacts, where our future talents can be found (universities, youngsters, meme collector clubs, etc.);
- Identify and attract top-colleagues who will help with our main mission - making techworld easy. In big numbers!
What we expect?
- That you’ve been in a recruiters shoes for some time;
- That you worked with high volume hiring needs. We keep growing!;
- Experience in leading a team;
- A talent whisperer, who is always ready to jump in and adjust to the market changes, by being in front of the recruitment trends especially for generation z;
- You are highly organized person. We like data and enjoy keeping the track;
- Very good English skills. Our internal comms language is one!;
- Team player with a can-do attitude and thirst for knowledge;
- Passion for recruitment.
