Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Partner's responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning and conducting selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. In addition the position holder should be able to develop mid-/long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Partner will create strong diverse talent pipelines for Yara’s current and future hiring needs in Europe.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through different channels (incl. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan and conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person/online interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future vacancies
  • Draft job offers and negotiate with successful candidates

Reikalavimai darbuotojui

  • BA/BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 3+ years work experience as an internnational Talent Acquisition Partner or similar roles
  • Experience in a matrix organized, international work environment
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Experience in managing external vendors, in particular recruitment agencies, headhunter, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (e.g - Competency Based Interviewing, Assessment Center, Personality Assessments)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • English (min. level B2), other major European languages are a plus
  • Limited/moderate business travel required in Europe
