Job description
- Handle the entire recruitment process including administrative duties, active search, interviews, recordkeeping
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and candidate pipelines
- Advise managers on the need definition and agree on appropriate sourcing channels
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable
- Support delivery of training when needed, i.e. onboarding, knowledge transfer, systems-training, improvement processes etc.
- Work closely together with colleagues within the team, unit and Yara to continuously improve talent acquisition and training related processes
- Always act in accordance with Ethics & Compliance policy as defined by Yara globally
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with recruitment, ideally in an international company
- Working knowledge of Lithuanian labor laws and agreements
- Proven team player and excellent communication skills
- Highly service minded, proactive and self-driven
- Being able to work in fast paced environment
- Structured, punctual and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
- Able to travel occasionally
