Right now, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to Telia Company.

I am Erik Sjöström and I am leading the Volume Talent Acquisition team in Talent Management HUB at Telia Company. We are a great bunch of people in Nordics and Baltics, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

In this role you would make a difference by:

  • Having a close cooperation with hiring managers in setting requirements for recruitments to Retail and Customer Services.
  • Consulting managers on specialists market and the need to make recruitments fast and effective
  • Developing managers’ competence of recruitment by advice and coaching
  • Focusing on different ways to attract talents and create a strong Employer Brand for Telia Company.
  • Attracting best talents to our organization and, thus, supporting the creation of New Generation Telco.
  • Ensuring effective communication during all recruitment process stages.
  • Develop our common recruitment process together with the global Talent Acquisition team.

Your Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in successful recruitments
  • Good knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written)
