Lead the full recruitment cycle for different positions, from developing sourcing strategy and interviews to the feedback stage and getting new colleague on board:
Source and recruit candidates by using job adds, databases, social media, agencies, etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager.
Provide candidates feedback on interview results.
Manage induction and onboarding process for new colleagues.
Conduct exit interviews and perform their analysis.
We expect:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or an agency).
Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
Ability to conduct different types of interviews in different markets (from assistants to managers in Europe, USA, China).
Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and manage deadlines.
Business acumen, positive attitude, flexible and adaptable team player.
