Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
As the leader of the Payments Process team on Western Union’s Global Operations Implementation, you will support your team’s mission to drive solutions to innovate and standardize operational processes. You will allocate team resources and delegate tasks to meet project deliverables. By providing feedback, coaching and mentoring to your direct reports, you will get the best from them. You’ll evaluate technical documents, execute test scenarios and the track & report on the progress of the tasks in hand to the project and management teams. In collaboration with other teams, such as Business Analysts, Global Operations Implementation team, and other IT partners, you will formulate and document Operational requirements and prioritize enhancements.

For this role, you’ll need to have a bachelor’s degree and bring knowledge of the payments business, an insight into back-office related operational processes. Ideally, you will also previous experience as a tester. You will have excellent communication skills and have an analytical mindset. You’ll have led a team before and have successfully nurtured and developed those who have reported into you. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Annual base salary gross: 19,987 – 37,033 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
