Job description

In this role, you will manage incoming requests (phone/ email) from B2B customers who are experiencing any difficulties with the use of our products or services. Technical support specialist is responsible to ensure that an effective solution is provided to the user in a timely manner.

  • Higher education (technical background preferred);
  • Technical understanding and interest in this field;
  • Fluent English and Russian languages;
  • Ability to respond operative to different requests;
  • Ability to analyze the situation and find solutions.
