- UAB „MONTUOTOJAS“
Nature of work
- To prepare and evaluate the company's contract, subcontracting, purchase-sale, lease, service agreements and other legal documents, to submit related proposals and conclusions;
- Control the company's contracts with customers and contractors;
- Contribute to the optimization and development of the company's legal processes;
- Ensure the prevention of legal disputes or proceedings;
- To ensure the company's compliance with the legislation on personal data protection;
- Identify and manage legal risks related to the company's operations;
- Provide legal advice to the company's employees;
- Respond to environmental innovations in the legal field to ensure the company's interests;
- Represent the company in court and in relations with other entities.
We hope you:
- You have obtained a university legal education (master's degree);
- Has at least 1 year of work experience in the field of commercial law (experience in construction, real estate would be an advantage);
- Has experience in the field of personal data protection;
- It is characterized by flexibility in finding a mutually optimal solution;
- Has good analytical and strong legal reasoning skills;
- Learn to argue orally and in writing and justify the decisions made;
- Has good written and oral knowledge of English;
- Able to work both independently and in a team;
- Has a category B driver's license.
