Job description:
- Assistance to the public procurement department in calculating project budgets for materials and equipment.
- Searching for new suppliers, analyzing them, maintaining cooperation with existing suppliers.
- Formulating, evaluating and analyzing requests to suppliers, coordinating them.
- Supplying work tools, materials, equipment, and small machinery to the construction site.
- Organizing and controlling the supply of materials and equipment required for projects (from sending requests to submitting final project documentation).
- Participating in negotiations, concluding contracts and controlling their implementation.
- Accurate and responsible performance of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Higher education (engineering would be a great advantage).
- Knowledge of English (a must - constant communication with foreign partners).
- Knowledge of Russian/Polish/German would be a great advantage.
- Experience in the field of materials and equipment supply would be a great advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Personal qualities required for productive work: diligence, independence, responsibility, initiative, quick orientation, communication skills, negotiation skills.
