TRAINING CENTER MANAGER

Vilnius - UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“

The role:

  • establish training center, develop training programs, find the best internal/external instructors;
  • create and manage all operational activities of the training center including staffing, facilities, association with suppliers;
  • create and develop training center strategy that meets the organizations goals;
  • collaborate with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training if needed;
  • identify and assess future and current training needs;
  • communicate actively with all departments across company;
  • periodically monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and report on them;
  • ensure active communication with clients and sales of training center service;
  • ensure that center goals are met and adhering to approved budget.

You are our perfect candidate if You:

  • have track record in designing and executing successful training programs;
  • are familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc);
  • have excellent communication and leadership skills, customer service focus;
  • can multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • have strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals;
  • have good computer (must have MS Office proficiency) and database skills;
  • have very good english skills (speaking, understanding, writing);
  • have experience in managing a team.
