Deal with stress from all the above steps

If you:
Speak English fluently
Can communicate enough in Russian
Feel confident about yourself
Can make decisions fast
Stay cool in stressful situations
Can plan at least few steps ahead
Not afraid of talking over the phone,

What would you get in return
Salary (commission based, 1,5% - 2% from accumulated
gross money)
While you learn, a fixed salary of 1000 Eur gross or MORE
depending on your results
When you are ready,- up to 4500 Eur gross if you are a star
performer,
A lot of experience dealing with people, handling stressful
situations, working in overseas market
And that’s it, it is just a job
