We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join a professional team and be responsible for long-term B2B customer service, process coordination and smooth daily communication in various foreign markets. This position is intended for someone who values order, responsibility, long-term relationships and wants to see the result of their work throughout the process - from the client's request to the successful implementation of the order.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Professional and consistent communication with the company's long-standing B2B clients in different foreign markets;
- Administration of customer orders in the internal accounting system;
- Coordination of the order process between internal departments (sales, logistics, production, finance);
- Preparation of accompanying documents (invoices, waybills, export documents, etc.);
- Resolving customer inquiries, managing non-standard situations and ensuring timely information;
- Responsibility for the customer experience - not only to perform the task, but also to see the entire process;
- Organization and control of customs formalities;
- Providing suggestions for optimizing work processes and improving service quality.
Skills, abilities and traits of the new colleague
- Responsible attitude to work and obligations;
- Ability to independently plan your working time and manage a client portfolio;
- Systematic, analytical thinking and rational approach to decisions;
- Ability to calmly and professionally resolve non-standard situations with clients;
- Courage to communicate, raise questions and cooperate with colleagues;
- Desire to learn, deepen and improve together with the company;
- Ability to communicate in English and have basic Russian (knowledge of both languages is a great advantage);
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (we will train the necessary functions and practical solutions).
