Nature of work
- Processing of purchase accounting documents;
- Issuing sales invoices;
- Preparing work and goods transfer-acceptance acts;
- Controlling and performing reconciliations of buyers and suppliers' debts;
- Entering data into accounting programs;
- Working with the Vecticum document management system;
- Cooperation with facility managers, clients and other company departments;
- Cooperation with the Head of the Cleaning Department and the Finance Department;
- Performing administrative and accounting tasks assigned by the Head of the Cleaning Department and the Head of Finance;
- Performing other accounting and administrative tasks related to the activities of cleaning services.
Employee requirements
- Accounting, finance or economics education;
- Similar work experience in the field of accounting or administration;
- Experience working in a service company would be an advantage;
- Good computer and MS Excel skills;
- Ability to work with computerized accounting and document management systems (Rivile, Vecticum);
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to work independently;
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills;
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
