WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work with PMs to define, prioritize how to deliver our products in the most visually appealing way;
- Write scripts, copy flows, and video ideas based on extensive research and a strong emphasis on fact;
- Create video sales letter (VSL) idea flow;
- Shoot, edit and create attractive short and long videos, as well as prepare all needed content for the team of freelancers;
- Organize video testimonials orders from content creators (communicate, send our gadgets, make script idea)
- Research new partners and negotiate terms with existent ones;
- Translate video scripts into multiple languages with the help of external translators;
- Ability to multitask and switch gears quickly and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- At least 2 years work experience related to visual branding: video, photos, visuals, ads, and/or renders;
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles – target segmentation, category, A/B testing, value proposition, positioning, and brand strategy;
- Confidence to identify key video assets that will help drive long-term success on our websites, Facebook, YouTube, and more;
- Knowledge of running the team of freelancers;
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, web strategy, and optimization;
- 2+ years experience with video and photo editing tools;
- Confidence in English and Lithuanian (speaking and writing).
