Your future responsibilities:
- Strategic planning of the public transport network, planning of VT routes, preparation of analyses of the existing transport infrastructure (VT stops and transfer points, A lanes), preparation of development and improvement proposals;
- Assessment of accessibility, convenience and efficiency of public transport services;
- Analysis of VT transport flows, passenger mobility and mobility needs, provision of recommendations for the long-term development of the VT system;
- Participate in public transport development projects, cooperate with municipalities, designers and other institutions, prepare technical specifications and other documents.
We care, so we expect you to:
- Higher university degree or equivalent (transport engineering, road engineering, urban planning, infrastructure planning, etc.; if you are a final year student and would like to work 0.5 full-time - we are waiting for you);
- Experience or knowledge in the field of public transport planning, mobility or communication infrastructure (an advantage).
- Analytical skills and ability to work with transport modeling / data analysis tools;
- Responsibility, diligence, initiative, ability to work in a team;
- Good Lithuanian language skills (written and oral), English language proficiency (at least B1 level).
