Nature of work
We are currently recruiting a PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAWYER to join the Legal Department's Business Support Law Group team.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- preparation of contracts for the purchase of works, services, and goods concluded through procurement;
- legal assistance in preparing procurement documents, participation in the work of public procurement commissions;
- consulting on procurement law and contract execution issues;
- examination of claims received during the procurement and preparation of responses to them, preparation of procedural documents, collection and evaluation of evidence, and representation of the Company in legal proceedings;
- monitoring and analysis of external legal acts regulating public procurement, updating related internal legal acts, streamlining the public procurement process;
- representation of the Company's interests in various organizations, projects, state and municipal institutions, courts, arbitrations, or other organizations that resolve issues related to public procurement conducted by the Company.
Employee requirements
- higher university (or equivalent) education in the field of law;
- similar work experience, preferably in a large organization or law firm;
- experience in public procurement: provided consultations on issues of public procurement execution, preparation of documents, examination of claims, management of concluded contracts, participated in the work of the public procurement commission;
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, both spoken and written, correct and fluent presentation of thoughts;
- ability to independently plan activities in assigned areas, set priorities and achieve results;
- knowledge of English (experience in preparing documents, analyzing information, speaking).
Advantages:

- passed the Public Procurement Service knowledge test exam and valid procurement specialist certificate;
- knowledge of the specifics of the energy sector.
