We are looking for a strong technical specialist who will not only design, but also shape the company's design culture, standards and technical direction. In this position, you will be responsible for design quality, process improvement, development of technical solutions and implementation of innovations in the production environment.
Nature of work
- Form and develop the company's design standards, technical rules and good practices;
- Analyze existing design and technical processes, identify efficiency opportunities and initiate changes;
- Create and implement automation solutions for design, documentation management and information processing;
- Create and maintain design, calculation and information generation tools;
- Develop technical solutions for new products and standardized construction templates;
- Participate in the development, evaluation and prototyping processes of new and non-standard products;
- Consult colleagues and clients on technical issues;
- Coordinate technical solutions with production, quality and other departments;
- Ensure that the projects being developed meet the requirements of technical tasks, quality, safety and production technologies;
- Prioritize tasks according to the company's goals, track the progress of projects and ensure the achievement of results;
- Contribute to the implementation of innovations and technological growth of the company.
We hope that you
- You have a higher engineering education;
- You have good SolidWorks skills;
- You have experience in developing, implementing or maintaining design standards, technical rules or processes;
- You are able to make technical decisions based on analysis, calculations and facts;
- You have systematic and critical thinking, are able to set priorities and manage several projects simultaneously;
- You are able to analyze processes, identify the causes of problems and propose effective solutions;
- You have the initiative to create, improve and automate technical processes;
- You are focused on results, responsibility and quality;
- You are able to clearly communicate and cooperate with different departments;
- Experience in designing sheet metal products or metal structures would be an advantage;
