WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
- Collaborate with leads in product management, design, and engineering to estimate project resources.
- Develop a detailed project plan with dependencies and clear critical paths.
- Monitor and track project execution against project plan and budget.
- Proactively manage all aspects of client expectations. Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress to project stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks that would impact the delivery of the project and proactively resolve issues.
- Continuously engage the client, stakeholders, and the team to ensure the expected value delivery.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Proven experience managing projects for the creation and development of digital products using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- At least 3-4 years of project management experience (previous experience in leading e-commerce development projects is considered as an advantage).
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent Lithuanian language proficiency and fluent communication in English.
