Better starts and ends with the customer

You’ll be leading a team of 4 Workforce Management Senior Specialists. You’ll ensure that WFM processes associated with the schedule’s changes and major outages handling are consistently executed, reviewed, communicated and monitored. You will be responsible for operational workload forecasting and the development of complex staffing plans for internal Western Union teams. We look to you to ensure efficient and effective agent schedules to meet staffing needs. You will be regularly communicating and cooperating with internal and external staffing partners to ensure staffing needs are met delivering seamless customer experience. You will contribute towards the development and optimization of WFM processes and tools to efficiently manage WFM tasks and responsibilities which are used by Operations team to effectively utilize resources.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have 2-4 years of progressive experience within a Workforce Scheduling/Forecasting environment or equivalent. You will need to have experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams. Furthermore, you will have advanced MS Office tools skills along with strong problem solving, analytical skills and high attention to details. You will be comfortable with analyzing data and providing valuable insights. Moreover, you will have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, while demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. We expect that your strength is to multitask in a structured, fast-paced, deadline-oriented and demanding environment.
