0.5 years Beauty clinic administrator

We are a licensed medical clinic located in the heart of Kaunas, in the Žaliakalnis district (Savanorių Pr. 139), and we are currently looking for an administrator - customer service specialist, motivated to provide excellent customer service to our team.

Working days (Monday-Friday): 7:30-20:00 / 7:30-21:00
Saturdays (one or two Saturdays per month) (VI): 8:30-19:00
Shift Work: 0.5 full-time. Shift details: 7:30-15:00/15:00-20:00/21:00, shifts rotate between three administrators. The schedule is made in advance, giving the opportunity to combine it with other work or STUDIES.

Hourly payment.

During the trial period (3 months): €580 (€7.25/hour).
After the trial period: €675 (€8.43/hour).

Salary is before tax.

Customer service in the clinic, by phone and e-mail.
Consulting about the services provided.
Management of reservations and transactions at the cash desk.
Ensuring an orderly environment both in the clinic and in its exhibition spaces.
Overseeing the smooth running of the clinic.

Responsibility, honesty, communication and customer orientation.
Excellent Lithuanian and good English or Russian language skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
